• Images and personal health information should not be copied or stored, unless industry standard security precautions are used, and are in compliance with the Alberta Health Information Act.
• The rights granted to access images and reports only apply while at the Facility named below.
• Access to images is logged and audited by Insight Medical Imaging. Suspicious use of this service will be investigated.
